We strive for accuracy in our hotel database, but occasionally there might be errors or missing information. If you come across any issues:

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take your privacy and data security seriously. Your hotel stay data is stored locally on your device and synced securely across your devices using Apple's CloudKit. We do not have access to your personal data or photos.

Manually adding stays is time-consuming. Are there plans to make this easier?

Yes, we understand that manually adding stays can be a bit tedious, especially for frequent travelers. We're actively working on multiple solutions to streamline this process, including CSV import, calendar sync and Email forwarding. Stay tuned for updates on these features. We're committed to making Awaybook as user-friendly and efficient as possible!

Can I use Awaybook offline?

Awaybook is designed to work partially offline. You can view your existing hotel stays without an internet connection. However, you'll need internet access to add new stays or sync your data across devices. This ensures that you always have access to your travel memories, even when you're not connected.

How do I sync my data across devices?

Awaybook uses Apple's CloudKit for synchronization. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID on all your devices and have iCloud enabled, your data will automatically sync across your devices.

Is Awaybook available for Android?

Currently, Awaybook is only available for iOS devices.
